Same account. Same access. Faster, cleaner platform.
A short preview of what's changing, what isn't, and why rebuilt the site you've been studying on.
This summer, EU Training is moving to a new website.
The new site is expected to launch early-summer, and we will confirm the exact date before the switch happens.
The most important thing to know is this:
You do not need to do anything. (No new account. No re-registration. No new password. No re-purchase. No lost balance. No lost progress.)
What stays the same
If it lives in your account today, it lives in your account on launch day.
When the new site goes live, you will sign in with the same EU Training login details you use today. Your purchases, account balance, subscriptions, transaction history and study progress will move with you.
-
Your login. Same email, same password.
-
Your balance. Whatever sits in your account today is what you'll see on the new site.
-
Your purchases. Every course, exam pack, and practice access you've paid for stays yours. No re-purchase, no proof needed.
-
Your subscriptions. Active plans keep running without a gap.
The site will look different. Your account will not disappear.
Why we are moving
EU Training has been helping candidates prepare for EU exams for twenty years.
The current website has served us for a long time. In fact, this will be the fourth version of the EU Training website. It has carried thousands of candidates through EPSO preparation, webinars, practice tests, courses and coaching.
But let’s be honest: it has also been stretched further than it was ever meant to go.
Over the years, the platform has been expanded, patched and adapted many times. That helped us keep improving what we offer, but it also made the site slower, busier and harder to maintain than it should be.
Candidates have told us what they wanted to see improved:
-
faster pages
-
a cleaner dashboard
-
a smoother exam practice experience
-
easier progress tracking
-
better accessibility
-
a more reliable platform overall
So we rebuilt EU Training from the ground up.
This is not just a visual refresh. It is a full platform rebuild: new foundations, new infrastructure and a cleaner experience for the parts of EU Training candidates use most.
What will be better + small sneak peak
The new EU Training site is built to feel clearer, faster and easier to use.
Here is a first look at what you can expect.
-
A cleaner dashboard
Your dashboard will be simpler and easier to navigate. The goal is straightforward: when you sign in, you should be able to find what you are studying without digging through unnecessary clutter.
Your active practice materials and progress will be easier to reach from one place.

-
A better exam practice experience
Practice questions and exam simulations are a major part of EU Training, so this was one of the most important areas to improve.
The new platform is designed to make practice smoother, clearer and more stable. Moving between questions, reviewing attempts and continuing your preparation should feel more natural.
-
Better progress tracking
You should not have to guess where you left off.
The new site will make it easier to see what you have completed, what is still waiting for you and where you are in your preparation.
This is especially useful if you are working through several products, returning after a break or preparing for more than one competition.
-
A faster, more modern platform
Some of the most important improvements are the ones you may not think about when everything works properly.
The new site is built on a modern technical foundation, which means better performance, stronger security and more room for future improvements.
That matters because EU Training is not a one-off study site. It needs to support candidates through busy EPSO periods, large competitions, webinars, launches and new test formats.
A stronger platform gives us more room to keep improving the experience.
-
Improved accessibility
The new site has also been built with accessibility more clearly in mind.
That includes improvements such as better structure, stronger contrast, keyboard navigation and screen-reader support.
We know this matters. A preparation platform should not make studying harder because of avoidable usability barriers.
What you need to do before launch
Nothing.
Really.
There is no required action from your side.
When the new site goes live, you will simply visit EU Training and sign in with your usual details.
There are only a few optional things you may want to check before launch:
-
make sure the email address in your EU Training account is current
-
add support@eutraining.eu to your contacts so launch emails are less likely to land in spam
-
watch out for our next updates with the exact launch date and walkthroughs
But even if you do none of these, your account will still move.
What's next
We'll share the exact launch date, a few more previews, and short video walkthroughs over the coming weeks.
If you want the full picture now, what to expect on launch day, the FAQ and where everything has moved to, we've put together a complete guide.
One thing to remember
This move is not about making EU Training look different for the sake of it.
It is about making the platform easier to use, faster to navigate and better prepared for the next stage of EU exam preparation
See you on the new EU Training.
